This is what separates BJJ from other martial arts in my opinion. The armlock, RNC, knee bar, etc... exist in almost all grappling arts.

It is the focus on movement and setup that makes BJJ the superior art.

That's also why learning from YouTube (even though you can learn a lot over time) will never be able to replace hands on instruction.

Training with Rickson a couple of times really drove this point home to me. It's all about feeling and connection. All those old school guys focus on movement and basics. I think it's awesome.
