I'm new here, I've taken a couple of seminars with Denny when he came to Ottawa, he taught rubber guard the 1st time, twister the 2nd. It was really good, since I seem to remember how to do it. Use the lockdown to sweeps all the time, managed to catch a couple new guys in the twister. Roll both gi and nogi.
Heres a question. I've been practicing aikido for over 7 years, and I roll jj regularly. I find that the wristlocks work, but never from the positions we practice in regular aikido class. Do you guys have anyone in 10th planet that has alot of jj experience who can use traditional aikido wristlocks?
Usually once I get one, they never give me the hand again. Thanks, keep up the good work.
