just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sean for the seminar (darlington at evolution maa), it was really good, his attention to detail is brilliant, everyone got a lot out of it. just listening to him talk about jujitsu and training is worth the entrance fee. if anyone in the UK hasn't managed to get on a seminar with him try your hardest to get booked on one before he goes, you wont regret it. and thanks to Chris as well for his help organising things.....
