Hey guys,
I'm new to posting here, been lurking since I subscribed to MTS about a month ago. I train out of an exclusively gi school that is a Robson Moura Nova Uniao Affiliate. I practice Rubber guard in the Gi and my instructors don't practice it although are very open to it and agree its the best guard for MMA.
Just did a small tourney after over a year of not competing. I planned on competing in no-gi, gi, and absolute, although my competition was cut short because in one of my no-gi matches, i was put in a reverse heel-hook position and my knee popped.
dont know the damage yet, but its swollen and painful with limited ROM. Feels like it may be my LCL or lateral menisci. Praying I dont need surgery for the 3rd time.
Anyway, i made a HL of some of the transitions worth watching, things I did good, things that need work, and a sweet guard pass my opponent did to me that felt unstoppable. I used a lot of slow-mo so my dad could re-watch (he was filming and focusing on that) and better understand what is going on and what jiu jitsu is.

Thanks for reading and I would appreciate all critiques and criticisms on my jiu jitsu.
Thanks brahs
