I am far from representing 10th planet.
If anything I'm pretty unbiased considering I train using the Gracie Combatives, but also come here.
That being said, it's funny to see a fake conversation where one side destroys arguments no one has actually made in real life, and then create some bogus scenario where the person sucked at a tournament.(which even if that did happen, how many people claim to be a student of a school in a tourney for credibility? you can in fact buy a 10th planet shirt online)
I love the schpiel about how 10th planet is a "laughing stock" among all other schools.
From what I've seen only BJJ purists or overly zealous Gracie fanboys seem to talk trash about 10th planet, and the only way they do so is by trash talking Eddie.
I could go on and on arguing against the points people make about Eddie, but it all comes down to one thing for me.
If you feel the need to curse and trash talk about someone whom loves grappling enough to devote a good portion of his life to it, then I don't feel anything you have to say about grappling, JJ, or BJJ holds any interest for me.
I'd rather learn with and from people with open minds, and not that stereotypical elitist attitude people seem to think martial arts has to it.
