HI GUYS!
Just want to give huge shout to Sean for an amazing couple of seminars on his first visit to sunny Scotland! lol.
sunday was up in stirling at the S.M.A.C gym and mon nite i was lucky enough to have Sean across to my gym ( Mataleon MMA Wishaw) for a private gym session for me and my guys. which everyone really enjoyed.
I took full advantage of the weekend and also had a private sesh with SEAN which in it self an amazing experience!
the 2 days were a fantastic experience and Seans attention detail was awesome, as well as being a real gent an down to earth guy. if anyone is thing of attending any of his uk seminars at the moment just go! you will not be disappointed to say the least.
on top of the 2 days with SEAN at the seminars he also awarded me my 10th planet BLUEBELT!!
which have to say blew me away (If ya pardon the pun lol)
looking forward to Seans return later in the year.
