GRACIE WORLDS: Can we reach 100 competitors??

Well in order for alot of my guys to make the trip, we will have to skip Traincation I will get a head count.

What are the dates & location ? Also, you need to be at least a blue to compete correct?

So when are the dates for this? Might be interested in trying to get some people together from FL to go, or if not, just go myself.... paying $80 to compete in tournaments with stupid rules and short ass round times is not really my thing, really would like to get on some submission only action.
