Don't waste your time at Walmart if you want them to last. My Origin BJJ tights are my favourite, but the other website i buy from that has a ridiculous selection at really good prices and sizings is compressyourself.com

I don't wear them often so walmart ones are ok for me. I bought them so if I have ring worm I have something else to wear instead of gi pants.

Hell, I get mine from Wallyworld and they hold up through 2 hour classes 7 days a week. Even when they do wear out, I just grab another $10 pair.

grappling tights seem to be hard to find , thru the years some guys were wearing : Atama , Bad Boy ,Hunter where do we find those and others???? , the spats (long tights) seem to becoming more available and cool looking too as we see Shinya Aoki and other Japanese fighters sporting them
