Yoga?
Has any one notice their jj game go up after spending some time on yoga? Just trying to figure out if it's worth the money to start.

almost everyone on this forum is big into yoga...ive only dabbled in it but im sure they will tell you its helped a lot

yes, Dexterity and Flexibilty in my legs is greatly improved going to yoga twice a week for only a month now.

Check out Jason Eisner/Rebel Yoga. Yoga programs that cater to athletes/jj/mma. All the mma fighters i know wont talk about it but everyone of them does yoga either to help wth the weight cut or flexibilty or injury prevention.
