another good night.... got some reps in before coach Thomas Denny and Team Wildman did their thing

-breaking 90 degree angle - knee on belly - shelf the leg - ankle lock

then

- breaking the 90 degree angle - knee on belly - switch to reverse Knee - spin into mount - s mount - spider web - arm bar finish.

oh and got the Caio seminar set up for a return visit in July..
