Does anyone know is reaping the knee legal in Adult No-Gi Naga? I am trying to determine this for an upcoming event. I know it is illegal in IBJJF, Grapplers Quest, USSubmission, and at Gracie Worlds it is illegal for anyone under brown.

But in Naga people seem to have conflicting opinions and I want to get clarification from anyone experienced with the rules. From the rules posted online, it is illegal in gi, but in nogi it says all leg locks are allowed, and it does NOT mention reaping the knee in the adults nogi section, but DOES say its illegal in the no gi kids/teens section. I understand this as it is legal in the adult nogi, but people still say it isn't.
Can anyone clarify this?
