I'm super proud of the work everybody put in! A couple of great highlights for everybody, including the Return of Ziggy, the Rise of a Future Legend, and a Zog inspired 10 second submission.

8 Golds all together. Lot of Silver. Few Bronze.

Competitors included: Ziggy Crowley, Canaan Brooks, Joe Stanford, Jacob Sandlin, James Lowery, Chris Burchell, Logan Marsh, and Ben Jones (I think that's everybody).

In related news, one of my private lesson students, Cody Shelton, has now won 2 MMA fights in the last month, both by Arm Triangle submission; tonight's win came in just 60 seconds. I'll post those vids here, as well.

He has been training with us about 3 months. I'm INCREDIBLY proud of the progress Beowulf has made.

James Lowery (no nickname yet, but maybe Mini-Zog would be appropriate?).

This is his first grappling match EVER. Hard to believe. He channeled the Spirit of Herzog on this one.

He practiced this EXACT sequence for weeks leading into NAGA. Gameplanning, hard work, and dedication pay off, kids.
