My diet is healthy as fuck with one cheat day a week where everything goes!
I also take vitamins. I think it's mostly due to being run down with those crazy hours on top on training. I've been functioning on roughly 4 hours a sleep for the past 2 weeks. I thought I would have dodged the bullet but I guess not lol
