Hey guys - This past week myself and 3 other 10th Planet Hartford brothas took a little traincation up to Rochester, NY to get some quality training in with Coach Herzog and his guys. The trip far exceeded all expectations that we had when we started out on our trip. We arrived Monday afternoon and hit up every possible class between Monday evening and Wednesday morning, which equated to 3 hours of striking, 1 hr of MMA and close to 5 hours of 10PJJ. All I can say is that every minute of those 9 hours was filled with nothing but the highest quality training. Coach Herzog and Coach Wally have created a truly top notch training environment which helps set and maintain the standards that will continue to push 10th Planet to the highest levels. From the moment we stepped in the door we were met with smiles and treated like family. Spending that time in Rochester was probably the best investment in myself that I've made in a long while. We got amazing instruction, ultra competitive rolls with the guys and insight into what being 10th Planet is really all about. Many thanks to Coach Herzog, Coach Wally and all the guys of 10th Planet Rochester, we can't wait until our next traincation trip up there
