Places to stay near HQ?

I live in NY & am trying to plan a 7 week trip to the west coast (May-June). My brother lives only an hour from Eugene so I'll be lucky enough to train at 10th Planet Eugene for those weeks - booyah!

I have a friend in Van Nuys but he's having a baby in June so I can't crash there. It would be awesome to train at Van Nuys & HQ for a few weeks but am not sure where to stay. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I stayed at the hollywood hotel. It's like 1 mile from h q and it was great.

yeah dude... I stayed at the Hollywood Hotel too. It was actually pretty decent for the cost... I was very happy with it. real close too. When I come back I'll definitely be staying there again

We stayed in the near Downtown. It was shitty and felt like the neighborhood I grew up in. It got the job done and they had parking at the hotel. It was about three miles from HQ. It was the Hollywood something. If you are staying that long it may be cheap to rent a house.
