same here man when i went down to hq i met a guy german guy named ralph. he started jiu jitsu for his 40th birthday present and when i met him he was 48 and a brown belt under Eddie and he could straight rip your arms off. its never too late.
One of my most active students is over 40 and he started just about a year ago. The Panda competes and travels with the team of guys that could be his kids, one of which is his 21 year old. Youre never to old. I didnt start JJ/MMA until I was 24.
