Nice Clean place to stay near 10th Planet Burbank?

I am coming down with one of my top guys (Kaiser) and my wife to visit 10th Planet HQ (Burbank) from Aug 26-31. Can you guys suggest a hotel(s) in the area that wouldn't be dives? We will rent a car, so distance isn't that bad but walking would be better.

Honestly we looked around for stuff online near Burbank HQ for our upcoming trip in 2 weeks & I didnt see anything near walking distance I'd stay in, we opted for closer to LA & just driving to Burbank.

I know there is one hotel by the gym but the reviews said there was nice mold in the showers, gang signs carved into the mirrors, dirty sheets, stained carpet & all the goodness of a well ran hotel, LOL.

Ari, we have been staying at the Ramada Inn in Burbank. It's no 5 star resort but I've had no complaints about it.
