How are these for you? I was out and stopped at Walmart to grab lunch. I grabbed a half wheat and turkey sub and one of the strawberry banana naked smoothies. It says 22 strawberrys and whatnot in the bottle, 250 calories, very low sodium 10 ( mg i think ) per bottle. It is kinda high in sugar.. About 40mg per bottle however they claim its not added and is natural.
Anyways they seem alright to grab while out but what do u guys who are health nuts think ?
