    Best School in Chattanooga TN?

    Hi,

    Can anyone recommend a school in Chattanooga TN? I am really only interested in no gi if it is possible in this area. Don't want to do anything crazy and get hurt. Getting old and looking to sharpen some skills and stay in better shape.

    My man Pac Lewis just opened a spot. He's a fantastic instructor! I believe he's doing both gi and no gi. He's got a little 10th Planet Love down deep too. I believe he twistered me at my own place :-). He's definitely respects the grind and will show you some old man jiu jitsu.
