My favorite juice recipe is: strawberry, banana, apple, oatmeal, flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, and some water or yogurt. Sometimes we use stevia instead of sugar. But the fruit is so sweet that no sweetener is needed. It is very useful and caloric that we can drink this juice instead of breakfast.
