    Looking for juice recipes

    Looking for juices as I like to mix it up... Ahhahaha see what I did there because I blend it yeah?
    Sorry I won't do that again...

    Would appreciate any recipes from my 10P family.

    Here's mine:

    Handful of Baby Spinach or Kale leaves
    Celery Spine
    1x Pineapple thin
    Half an orange
    Banana
    250ml of Water

    Real easy one that I use a lot:

    - 2 apples
    - 2 carrots
    - 1 lemon or orange

    Anytime you are about to go to Jiu Jitsu practice, this one is a winner:

    - 2 beets (if you want less of that earthy taste then peel them. I don't mind it so I juice mine whole.)
    - as much spinach as you think you can stomach
    - 2 stalks of celery
    - 2 apples
    - 1 orange

    This is far from delicious, but it's super nutritious and the beet root juice will give you a big cardio boost. I love it.

    for a serving

    6x Strawberries
    1x Pineapple slice
    1x banana
    A little sweetener of your choice. I like Organic Light Agave or Stevia.
    1 cup ice or more depending on the thickness/consistency you prefer.

    Optional: to make a meal replacement. Add in serving of protein powder. I do this one a lot. I use either EAS vanilla or Now flavorless whey.

    Option 2: TBSP of chia seeds

    Option 3: TBSP of flax meal

    Blend till smooth and enjoy.

    I like to switch things in and out and use different amounts so I didnt put how much of stuff I use

    Kale, wheat grass, sometimes spinach if I have too much of it, banana sometimes, apple/s green or red, clementines, aloe if I have it, dark cherry juice(Careful can cause gas) or cherry concentrate if I have either. blueberries(using now) or some kind of dark berry sometimes, pineapple but not that often-tastes really good though, bunch of water because I dont like it super thick and can get a couple more drinks out of it

    I think that was every thing. Ill toss in some ginger and turmeric tea with lemon sometimes

    Sean thanks for reminding me about Cherry Juice, I forgot that I'd found a place here that actually sells it.

    Mccaughren I will try this Beetroot juice, yes, I will drink my Beets down so I can put the Beat down.

    I big must have is watercress that is the number 1 green out there. As for juices I mix it up and try a lot of different combos, but if your mix is bitter add a beet because they are sweet. When it comes to juicing though I look at what I need if its more calcium, vitamin b or d, potassium, or just straight nutrients I look at what vegetables and fruits will make those type of juices. Also it depends on what type of juicer you have too, Vitamix, Blendtech, Omega, or some other brand.

    Blender Recipe;

    2 TBSP Chia seeds
    2 TBSP Hemp seeds
    2 TBSP Flax seeds
    (blend until powder)
    2 TBSP Maca powder
    1 Green Apple
    1 Celery stalk
    4 to 5 Kale leaves (no stems)
    Handful of spinach and watercress
    5 to 8 Asparagus stalks
    1 Cup frozen mixed berries
    Half banana (if you want)
    1 Yogurt cup
    Half Cup almond/coconut milk and Acai juice

    Blend and add liquid as needed. I know it sounds a little weird but trust me it greats for the morning or heck anytime.
