This actually happend in a scene in a movie I saw years ago with John Cusack. "True Colors" and the guy who does it in the movie (the shouting it is someone else's fault) is a complete, utter douchebag with no moral compass whatsoever. I think it's late in the second year. My ex was going to be a patent lawyer (she was a chemist first) and her first summer she worked for legal aid helping senior citizens with everything from social security to problems with insurance companies and did it for next to nothing. Her second summer she worked for a company suing Kodak over employment discrimination and made a bundle. The summer after she graduated she took the bar, told me she wanted to separate, moved out, and fucked another guy.
So I'm thinking it's somewhere in the second year...

Well another thing is, in this country, nobody has the right to force you to speak or respond. No police officer, no judge, no soldier, and definitely no civilian who got their drivers license from 7 Eleven. You have the right to remain silent, and it does not mean admission of guilt in any way. This has the importance and actual seriousness of a 13 year old kid calling shotgun before entering a vehicle in the judge's eyes I am sure.
