i hear the Jaco compression shorts with cup are solid

Jaco gear is a bit pricier but solid quality

    same goes with under armour

    Nogi rashguards! Shock doctor cups!

I have had both the shock doctor and the Jaco. The Jaco is far superior. The straps make the cup stay in place and its comfortable enough that you forget you are wearing one. They are a bit pricey but I have used mine for over a year and it is still in decent shape. The only downside is having to take it all apart to wash and dry. So eventually I bought another one and I wash it all together (cup and straps) and hang dry it.

As for rash guards. I haven't tried the 10th Planet ones but I like my manto rash guard and my bad boys ones. If you drop top dollar on one just make sure the printing is sublimated instead of silk screen.

check out the brand univsall on mmawarehouse.com or other sites they have a black and grey RG that just went on sale, I think its called the professor. I got one and its pretty awesome. Also check out the nike pro and under armour heat gear products. They make excellent rash guards as well.

For cups shock doctor is pretty good, but the nutty buddy is best imo. As for rash guards go any under-armor cheapo one will work.

Jaco is garbage for the price.
