    Pre and post workout supplements

I have started looking into these supplements, it appears one of the best is Jack3d for focus, energy for more intense workouts. I am going to also start on a creatine post workout supplement. I have a multivitamin and glucosamine that I am currently taking. Anybody else have some input? I also have some protein drinks.

C4 from Cellucor is a pretty good pre-workout, and I've heard that chocolate milk as a post work-out protein source is a good, low budget alternative. I got a couple bottles of chocolate EAS 100% Whey Protein for free so I usually make a chocolate-peanut butter-banana smoothie after a workout. Plus, a multivitamin and fish oil. All this shit adds up though so it's all about how much you can afford to spend.

jack3d is good but doesn't agree with me so i use a product called mesomorph it tastes better and doesn't have a harsh come down

i use a no carb protein shake mixed with water after training with bcaa's to aid in recovery it cuts down my recovery buy about 70 percent

a night time growth formula to also aid in recover and it helps me sleep also

a multi v and fish oil

a nootropic to keep my mind sharp (alphabrain is legit )

and i eat a pile of acai
    hope it helps

I've been takin jacked for years an gab takes it before every tourney. Mix it with Gatorade G-1 (the pre drink with b vitamins an carbs) and down the hatch. Magic. Try an take it on an empty stomach and don't take it every day. The body gets used to it an it won't work as well. I only use it once or Twice a week. For post just try a good whey protein with bcaas. That should cover all your bases.

Protein is the most important supplement you can take if you're lifting. I have a shake in the morning, one before bed, and one after I lift. In my mind it's one of the main reasons I was 145lbs when I started training and now walk around at 185lbs (and I eat WAY more clean now than I did before I started training). I take a lot of things, but if I singled it down to the few most important it'd probably be protein, creatine monohydrate, multi, fish oil, glutamine peptide.

Mike, this website is amazing. They produce all there own stuff and test it all and provide the test results on the website. They don't advertise which is why it is so cheap. I turned on to it by a all natural body builder. the dudes that get tester super extensive. The stuff is awesome and very affordable.
