Next Level Combat is the home to 10th Planet Jiu jitsu St. Paul, MN. Opening in July of 2010, Next Level Combat has since gained a lot of recognition in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area as being the premier no gi jiu jitsu training facility. We also offer Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA training to fit the needs of everyone from the casual jiu jitsu practitioner to the full time Mixed Martial Arts competitor.

We strive to offer the best instruction and training for our students. Our training facility has top of the line equipment and is a clean and safe training environment. Located in Woodbury, Minnesota, we are just east of St. Paul, MN and close to two major highways for easy access to our school.

Nate Kleinfeld- Owner and Head Instructor at Next Level Combat/10th Planet St Paul, MN. While fighting mma and winning numerous grappling tournamnets, Nate really became intrigued by 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. He started studying 10th Planet every chance he got which includes going out to Headquarters to train and also Eddie Bravo seminars. In 2010 he became certified under Eddie Bravo to teach 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. He also has experience in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Judo and MMA. Nate is constantly learning and improving his Jiu Jitsu game and helping his students meet there goals.

Tim Gillette – Head Instructor

Tim started training in March of 2006 in Judo and Brazilian Jiu jitsu. After training for 1 year he was asked to assist with the kids classes. Teaching came naturally and another year later he was teaching many of the kids classes on his own and assisting with the adults classes.

At the time he was training 50% with the gi and 50% in no gi. Tim fell in love with no gi jiu jitsu and ended up finding 10th Planet jiu jitsu. He began training 10th Planet as much as possible starting in 2008. Finding 10th Planet seminars and making trips to 10th Planet Burbank and Headquarters in Hollywood, CA, Tim eventually became certified under Eddie Bravo to teach the 10th Planet system.

Tim is now dedicated to the students growth in 10th Planet jiu jitsu and works hard to offer the best instruction possible.
