Its not great but iv had people doubt that i could pull it off and id thought id put this up as proof. Plus Frank Barca told me never to do it again just incase i hurt myself so thats the last one il ever do!

That's crazy. I wish I could do it. But I'd definitely listen to Frank. In the slow motion clip you can see how wrong it could go if your foot got stuck.
