LOL, great post John. Yeah I will be carefully keeping track of my progress. My case is a little different than most for two reasons:
1) I have already lost about 95% of the fat I wanted to lose, just through JJ and running, so this is just to get cut and build strength and
2) I was in a accident when I was a kid and got burned, and I actually lost some muscle tissue in my right arm. So we will see how the muscle building goes in the right arm. Triceps might not be even with the left when I'm done.
I was at 190lbs (Computer and beer belly) when I started 10PJJ, and I'm in around 164ish now as a baseline. If I was cut like a mofo (like a crackhead) I would probaby weigh in at 155 or 150 or so. So anyways I am doing this sheerly for purposes of personal achievement, and I will post results.
