hey sometimes i have pull a crack head control on the bottom while a guy side controls me. its just to stall though and catch my breathe. nothing more. gota work on some hard ass shrimping and hooking the leg to get back to half guard to lockdown and getting that under hook. thats all hard work especially against good guys. my weak ass body gives out on me alot. but dont worry im still learning myself. we will all eat grits with cheese and sugar added one day.

i actually am pretty good at pulling guard from half guard, unless the guy is smart enough to hold on to my gi pants and prevent it. i also like to underhook and pretty much sneak out from under and take the back. dont know the technical name for it, someone pulled it out on me and i just picked up on it and now use it when i can. but i rather try to pull guard and get back into rubber, lol
