At 7:09, most guys in my room and in the tournaments I do take their right arm and try to go under my left leg while taking their head and putting it in my left hip in order to set up a sweep. Is there a way to bait a guy to go up on his right elbow so I can set this up?

so i just want to know if i get russian cowboy, catching your opponent at extension where you can easily reach both legs is the ideal submission but if your opponent defends by bending his legs then you attack the nearest foot?
