How fucking dare you ban me, THEN talk shit when I can't even rebut your ridiculous points? Let me start by acknowledging the fact that your passion for bjj is far greater than mine. Would I train if there was a BJJ school where I live yes! Do I plan on moving to a city where there is a 10th P in the next year or two? Yes. That being said, I could never eat, sleep, breath, shit, and masturbate to bjj like you say you do. Does this make me less of a fan of it? I don't think so. I think it makes me much more intellectually curious than yourself. I am interested in a multitude of things. There is no way I could dedicate my life to any one thing. I would rather explore, take chances, and try new things even if I fail. I would never stick with something I am great at. That leaves little room for personal growth. You are sounding like a farm kid that is happy to take over pops land. Although there is nothing inherently wrong with that it makes your claim to be non-political obviously false.

Lets be clear, you got yourself suspended again for posting porn, which you were aware was a rule (set by Eddie) and you choose to violate that rule, not me. I was also aware that you would be back after your 3 day suspension, so I responded to you knowing you would come back to this thread.

My passion comes with my drive to become as close to mastery of Jiu Jitsu and teaching/coaching Jiu Jitsu as I possibly can, even if I never come close , it’s my path of choice. I have no desire to be a jack of all trades and a master of none.

Honestly, I don't doubt any of that. What I doubt is that you DON't want to win the "ultimate bad mother fucker of the year". I watch your videos. I know you have a passion for jj. However, I don't think that not allowing one interest to consume your life is a flaw.

Know this. I am not lashing out at you because you suspended me. We both know i should have been permanently banned about 100 times, so I have zero animosity about that issue. My issue is that just like in main stream politics the guy with the most face time and power, rather than the guy with the bigger and better ideas ends up winning.

The best of the best in any avenue are usually focused with ONE passion despite having other interests. Michael Jordan. Obsessed with basketball but still loved golf and baseball. Anderson Silva, obsessed with martial arts, but still loves dancing. There's no shame in immersing yourself in one thing to be excellent at it.

But again, I'm still not sure if you're just trying to get a rise or if you're serious. But if you're serious, you gotta work on your logic and reading comprehension.

Coach already explained that he's not encouraging people NOT to vote for him.....that would still be a plea if he did so. He's making an "anti" plea by not listing what he's done this year and just letting people vote for him based on what they already know. Anti- opposite. By NOT making a plea, his statement is an "anti" plea.

BTW, the explanation/definition isn't exactly directed at you specifically, Taylor. Just trying to help people grasp the concept if they don't quite get it.

At the end of the day, we should all still be cool with each other regardless. Even if we disagree.

Cmon b. It's not just face time and power. You can't act like he hasn't contributed great ideas as well. What's the common comment? "Herzog did a seminar and now I'm hitting this like crazy.....Herzog rolled with me and gave me pointers and helped my game out." Call me crazy, but that sounds like he's sharing ideas. Acting like that's just face time is silly.
