The key for me has always been staying low (even sprawling at times) and controlling my opponents hips. I like to isolate the leg I'm working on by pinning the top of their foot to my hip and staying tight. Me gabby an meg have been working on this exclusively for the last 2 months. I prefer to pass from half butterfly vs. butterfly so I purposely isolate one leg when in the butterfly. I'd love to Post a vid. With gabby or meg but I think there are rules around that so unless someone gives me permission I will refrain.
