Similar, I've use it off of mission control. I also use it off "Locking the Shoulder" entry to the spider web toss. If I'm having a hard time turning 90 degrees to my partner and they aren't turning the corner to stack, I switch the the 2 arm in triangle and lift the hips to finish the arm bar. I also use alot of reverse (or backward triagles)triangles as well, due to my bad hip, I do all right sided triangles regardless of the entry, so triangles with two arms in to attack the arm have been pretty common for me. Preston actually sent me this video a few months ago and asked me what I thought. I'm paraphrasing but I remember telling him its a solid technique, something we use, but didn't find it as something new as a concept.
