What're the best hotel options in the area? I'm sure you'll have so many people at your place so I don't want to impose even more, and I don't mind coughin up a few bucks for a hotel. I get the results of my BAR exam that I take July 24-25 on September 17th so I'll hopefully deserve to spoil myself in reward. This training camp may also serve as my vacation before full time employment as a soul sucking attorney begins. Muahahahaha :-)

Destin is about an 8 hour drive for me, it depends mainly on what my work schedule would be but I should be good for at least a day (Saturday probably).

Honestly, there are 100000 hotels in this area. I live right next to the Palms Resort- literally within walking distance. But if you don't wanna shovel the coin for that place (which I wouldn't) I would look across the road (south) at one of the 20 places. They are still within walking distance of my house and are closer to the beach anyway. Where we would be training is about 20 mins from my house at Hurlburt AFB which is in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Feel free to check there, but...if we do anything...it'll be in Destin.
