Just saw ADCC post this on facebook. I think it's the same way Erik Paulson prefers, in a video he did for Stephan Kesting (though for some reason Kesting took the video down. Had a ton of options off the Front Headlock series).

It's the way to go. Denny Prokopos does it this way too. This and the Rafa Mendes way are the only ways to go. Rolling under them is for the birds.

The Mendes way is the best because he uses his thigh to tighten the grip.
