Definitely shows promise. Who knows what he's like on the ground but up against high level wrestlers, there aren't many guys in MMA who are good enough off their back to threaten at all.

I didn't think there was anything fishy about that KO, looked like he landed clean on the orbital. Could have hurt the dude enough to make him go down the way he did.

I'm personally not a fan off his showboating, I know I am being hypocritical as Nick Diaz is a joy to watch, and Chael is one of the most exciting personalities outside of the cage, but this seems different somehow.

Regardless, it's hard to argue with what he is doing, he's looked very impressive so far, and Bellator will make things interesting. Would be good to see him in the next WW tourney.

Him and Lima would be a great fight, but Lima is huge and has some mean power. Him and Ben Saunders would even match up well, but I would see Ben submitting him. Don't know all the potential is there, just don't want to see it go to his head.

I won't. He's a striker. Out striking a striker doesn't validate anything other than his striking. I want to see him beat a real quality wrestler. Lotta UK guys are killers in the UK because they don't have to deal with good wrestlers and the supposed BJJ specialists prefer to play guard. That don't fly over here too well. Eventually he'll face a wrestler. Until then I don't buy the hype. But I do hope the hype is real.

Ben is more than "a striker". Watch what he's gonna do. He's level'n up. If you can beat Ben now, you are really good.

Ben has a brown belt in BJJ under Ricardo Liborio, a striker he is but that is not all there is to him. I don't see many jumping into the guard of Ben Saunders, dude is wirery. He also flirts with the system and rubber guard.

He's more than a striker, but that's the direction he leans toward. I doubt that he'll want to grapple against a guy like this. But even still, Saunders isn't a wrestler. Saunders washed out of the UFC because of that and I don't think a lot will change if he tries again. The reality is, if you can't deal with wrestlers, you won't survive in the UFC. Although, you will last a bit in Bellator and other promotions.

He has a very exciting style to watch but I believe as he reaches a higher caliber of fighter he'll find it increasingly more difficult to land the highlight reel strikes. I hope I'm wrong though.

I gotta agree with Bobby here. Saunders has been really impressive in his last few fights.

My coach has known the guy since he was young, on the points kickboxing circuit. Apparently he's a really nice guy!

Looking forward to seeing him more. Especially as another fighter representing the UK.
