I rolled twice in the last 2 months, my back has been killing me. I can't wait to get back to rolling, but I won't do it until my back is 100%. My hamstrings are tight as fuck so I'm focusing on getting them super flexible, I hope that's what's jacking my lower back, I have faith that it is, hopefully I'm back to sparring by the end of May.
