i already posted this in the workout thread but i figure giving it a mind of its own will help others along the way and get some more readers.

Alright guys, so a training partner and i start today on this program using it to a T, we are Vlog'ing it as well as writing down what we are doing throughout the week so everyone can have an honest "familyesque" look at this cause i doubt any of us know the dude in the picture. We have already been prepping to put down 2 gallons today and our weight is good, the cut is def a experiment but hopefully we give everyone a little insight on a more personal level... <---- those dots mean i had to get up and go pee and come back... its literally a "every 15 min" thing now. Anyways here's today broken down and a little bit of prep for the week ahead.
Sunday- weight is at 160.0 for me, 141.0 for her. weight goal is 149.9 for me and 134.9 for her (attainable but we are still gonna push it with this)
2 gallons today, 3 whole chicken breasts, 3 servings of broccoli, 3 of cauliflower all packaged in their own containers to grab and go and not worry about life getting in the way of eating on time, dry nuts prepacked in serving size with carbs labeled, no more than 50 grams. training 1-2 hours in the Gi this afternoon.
if you're try this stuff, get dasani flavor squirts for the water, it makes life a lot easier. i will try to update this as much as possible along the way and hopefully friday or saturday we can upload the Vlog stuff
