1, The front somersault is the natural inclination for an escape from the position but actually when you try to do it, if the person has a good kimura grip and leg curls they can just hold on for the ride and either end up in a better position or end up right back in Reverse Spiderweb,
2, Yes the Bicep Slicer is one of the subs from here.
3, There are deff a variety of ways to control using the leg curls, but I find that Its important to mimic the spiderweb pressure of curling legs and pinching knees. this locks the shoulder you are attacking which might have more room if your legs are open. Sometimes you want there to feel like there is room there to bait the triangle which we will show in the next one.
4, N/S is a great entry to this spot and its almost unstoppable.
