yeah that's true, like Renzo keeping a straight face when Sakuraba broke his elbow....I've always wondered what would happen if you held on to a calf slicer? If I can get in a position where my arm is not in danger of an arm bar, I put a rear-naked choke grip on the top of the foot when I apply the calf-slicer. I've never asked Eddie about whether or not this is a good idea, but I feel like it gets a lot quicker taps from the calf-slicer.
