Rolled tonight for the first time in a long time, a guy that weights 10 pounds less than me tapped me may 8-12 times in a row. 5 months ago he couldn't touch me but my cardio is so bad that after a few rounds on the bags, I couldnt do anything when we got on the mats. Hardly was able to hold the steering wheel to get home, almost fell in the shower and my hands could hardly pack a bowl just now, have to rest my forearms on the desk to type.

Eddie smashed me the last time I was out at HQ. In kickboxing Ben Rothwell gave me a good beaten one day sparring at Miletich's, crushed me with a body shot. Igor Yakimov has given me beatins in Sambo and Judo for as long as I'm been training with him. One of my guys Sarkis (hes been with me for 13 years now), can humble the shit outta me from time to time as well.

IT's going to sound silly, but it was a simple sparring when i was doing Krav. I had been sparing once a week on thursdays and I had gotten pretty good at blocking then one day out of the blue. I was sparring the second best guy in class and he caught my leg with a leg kick just right and i couldn't walk right for like 2 days. Off a simple leg kick.

Ricardo Liborio whooped my ass one day where afterwards he said welcome to purple belt. I was ready to give it back and take a white belt again. Pablo also kills me too pretty regularly.

Jean Jacques always smashes me, Victor Webster tapped me 3 times in 8 minutes, Amir got me 3 times once, it's actually on mts. Jorge Oliveira destroyed me one night too. Oh and the red destroyer fucked me up bad one day. All that was a big reason I dove into strength training head first. Last time I rolled with Adam and Amir we stale mated, I was able to survive because of the added muscle power, those dudes are giant!! Amir is 265, The red destroyer is 220, and Victor is 230. #lift :-)
