This is quite interesting. Here in Brazil we have a saying "Aquela mulher é Raimunda", literally translated as "That woman/girl is Raimunda". "Raimunda" (it's a name, pretty rare and ugly as fuck for Brazilian standards, but a name nevertheless) rhymes with "bunda" (ass). Thus: "Raimunda: feia de cara, boa de bunda" -> "Raimunda: ugly face, nice ass". I'll try to come up with a nice English translation for that one ;X Maybe... "That woman is like Jazz: ugly face, nice ass"?
