True. Poetically documenting his travels and training sessions while interjecting with his thoughts about Martial arts, and any thing in General..
    "Tales of Many Moons"

Narrated by Morgan Freeman, interjections narrated by Joey Diaz.
"Blame the IBJJF when, in 30 years you see an academy that nails the phrase, "A Red belt is a Junior black belt that hasn't died yet" on the far wall."

My plan is try not to get hurt and work on what is covered in class. Short term goal I been working on is getting people off me when they have any type of cross body position on me and I am on the bottom. That involves a lot of different game plans as I am sure you guys are all aware of..
My real name is Bob Ritter and that is Mighty Mouse with me.

Would you both recommend I keep journal?

I'm just starting to give it a try so I can't speak personally to the effectiveness. I know it helps some people, and like I said, writing things down helps me keep clear focus when it comes to my profession.

I started a journal but never keep it up. I keep meaning to write down all the techniques that we rep out at class, but I never think of it when my head hits the pillow.
I have been repping mentally a lot lately. Visualizations of paths. Training more than usual too. But I should write things down like i intended.

Always have a plan. I used to go in empty minded, and it's a big difference. As the roll goes you often have to deviate from the path you had set out on. But always start out with a clear plan. There's some good apps out there for making flowcharts. There was a thread on the forum on that a while ago. Mindmapping apps etc...

A more likely title for a book by me would be:
"How to Drink Too Much and Still be Moderately Successful"
