Yeah... cook your food. Eat grass fed cows. Avoid unnatural shit if you can. Eat all the parts you can stomach. Heart, kidney, liver... that just tastes like meat if you throw it in a stew.

That meatrix video pretty much spelled it out. Local stuff is usually better.

Mike, add apples to the veggies that taste raunchy in your juicer, they tend to cover up most other flavors pretty good. Watch ot for juicing celery its very strong flavored. No advice for cleaning it, other then don't wait, it only gets harder to clean the more you wait.

been a vegetarian for 20 years. strength is not a problem. in fact, it's the least of my worries. bad technique and shoddy flexibility are more my issues. but it works for me - if you're interested in nutrition and training articles, check out Mike Mahler's website. He trains and advises a number of fighters, and he is a vegan. a big-ass, strong muh-fukin vegan.

I'm jealous :P.. I have two hunting trips lined up when I go home next week before I have to return to NY. :-D

I don't know if I could possibly live without meat. I'm Iranian.. every meal I've had since I was two had like half a pound of meat in it(lamb, beef, chicken, pork(at least us), deer.. and many more). We have three freezers, two are for meat.

I respect yall for being able to sustain a vegetarian diet.. can't say I agree with it.. but to each his own. I would go crazy if I had to do it for more then a couple days.
