Just got over bronchitis and my first roll back I got my ass completely kicked all class, super off. The next class I had some of the most technically solid rolls I have ever had. Everything worked better and I felt I had more cardio than ever despite having a respiratory infection. I stretched and watched videos and read the whole time I was sick. Keeping engaged it activities I knew would compliment my jiu jitsu definitely helped
