Jiu Jitero ?? Jiu Jitsuka?? Jiu Jitsu Fighter??

    Hello guys

I am Leonard from 10th Planet JJ korea.

    and I have a question,

In Korea so many people use these

words , Jiu Jitero and Jiu Jitsuka as a

Jiu Jitsu figher.( Kind of like a boxer or

a wrestler) . But when I was in US, trainning

Jiu jitsu, I never heard people saying these words.

So Are these words very common expression

    among Brazilians or in Brazil?

    Really wanna know.

    Oh, and I prefer using

the grappler or Jiu Jitsu fighter.

Yeah I've only heard, Jiu Jitsu fighter or Jiu Jitsu practitioner. I did a quick google search and I don't think anyone else in the world uses Jiu Jitero or Jiu Jitsuka...but I suppose there's nothing wrong with Koreans using those two phrases, it's unique to them.

If you're a member of the tribe and happen to be a beekeeper, would you have Jiu Jew Bees?

Hi people, I'm from Brazil and new here, in the forum. I was looking for the ways to call a person who fights Jiu Jitsu and saw this post. I must say that in Brazil, the most part of people says Jiu-Jiteiro, but I learned with my master (3rd degree black belt) that's wrong and the correct is Jiu Jitsuka.

jiu jitsu ka is the Japanese way of saying jiu jitsu student. Much like judo ka or karate ka. Ka is a suffix meaning student.

Oss, as commonly spelt, is also probably more appropriately meant to be spelt, osu!
