I wash mine after every use. Ill also throw it in the dryer. Its not like its going to continue shrinking everytime you do that.
I'm too superstitious to wash my belt. I know its hogwash but I refuse to do it. And I've never had an issue ringworm or staph.#10thplanetFREAKS

im a very big germaphobe
and ya your probably right but i have really long arms, and i dont wanna dry it anymore at all and have it go up to my forearms
