I bet he's insulted. Rashaan and Renato don't even look alike man.. Talk about disrespecting a blackbelt. As my instructor used to say: "Whitebelts should be seen, not heard"
I just do both, but it's my opinion that specific training gives specific results. Gi is pretty cool to learn though. Got a new Datsusara gi in the mail today.. black.. Like Renatos!

Cool man, thanks for posting. I've been doing a similar thing that I call a 'Pop Armbar.' It's the same setup as the Pop Triangle from head and wrist control but instead of pushing the arm through your legs you pop his head in the opposite direction of your head and throw the leg over to finish the Triangle.
