Shits for real, I used Ambien for about a week to get my sleep schedule back to normal after going through some family medical concerns. The stress when I would lay down at night would keep me up for days with little to 0 sleep, took Ambien and it just slows down your mind. You can literally feel it, the thoughts stop racing, the tossing and turning slips away and BAM your asleep. Woke up 7 hours later when my alarm went off and was mind blown that I could feel that rested. Took it for about a week and I am able to pretty well keep my sleep schedule straight. I flip flop nights and days working shift so if I cant seem to get it straight I will take a pill to set me right again.. but Ive never needed to take it more then a few days in a row.

Embrace it. An overactive mind is a gift that feels like a curse at times.

I played poker for a living for a long time, and it destroyed my body clock. If I don't work hard to avoid it, I go nocturnal in 3 days, every time. Weed won't work forever, because you get used to it and build enough of a tolerance to stay awake. But good hash will. Though I prefer high-grade cold water hash (full melt), I have a friend make me extract with isopropyl alcohol. You have to make sure to remove all of the iso before smoking it, but it's legitimately like 3-4 times more potent than cold-water, and heavy in its effects. I smear that across a paper, roll a joint, and often wake up at 7AM on my couch.

Just wanted to share an update here...

I have been sleeping a lot more regularly! After months of battling
this thing, there is some light showing through. The solution for me?

Somatomax + Melatonin = Sleeping through the night.

I thought the Somatomax would knock me out, but it doesn't do that
so much as it helps me sleep through the night. It definitely makes me
tingle a bit at first, but that is short lived. It doesn't fuck you up either.
Once taken regularly, I hardly notice I've taken it at all, except for the
fact that I don't wake up short of breath anymore, and I sleep until the
alarm goes off. Taking it alone doesn't really put me down, in fact, the
first couple nights it got me slightly high and it sort of kept me up.
After that the high feeling left and it seems to relax the nerves enough
to keep me asleep. I still need the Melatonin to get me to be tired at
the right time, but the main thing is I'm not waking up a little while later,
not having trouble breathing, and I'm not constantly frustrated throughout
the daytime and lying in bed at night.

I REALLY appreciate all the help and input guys, and thanks to djradoff
for introducing me to a product I had never heard of before.

It's really amazing how much difference a night of good sleep makes,
it had been a while, so I had forgotten that. Thanks again everyone.

Does it support sleep? That's my main concern, the other benefits of Somatomax
are nice to have on the side, but I'm really only concerned with sleeping.

Sure does! It makes me sleep like a ton of bricks. Makes your dreams pretty epic too. It's a combo of zinc magnesium and vitamin B6 hence the crazy intense dreams lol
