John - Not B.S. Like I said I lost it a little. I had disk removed from my neck C5 & C4 in March 2009. I sill have one disk (can't think off the top of my head) pressuring into my spine/nevre,severed is what could happen if I substain another neck injury. I'm not properly articulating this as well as I should.
I drill, flow roll, what ever I can do on the mat. I do over do it from time to time. Of course I do yoga. I stretch daily on my own.
