I am rather new to 10th planet. I have been training in Melbourne under Frank Barca. I have been loving it...
However at training last week I hurt my neck, after a CT scan I have been told that I bulged a disc and it is compressing the spine.
The problem being I am still super keen to train and I want to be doing something rather than nothing. Is there anything you guys could recommend, should I still rock up to training each day but take it easy?
I am super bummed out about it.
